2020 Annual General Meeting
Dear Members,
With the ongoing situation regarding Covid 19, having discussed ways of being able to hold a meeting the committee has decided that the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for the 11th November will be postponed for foreseeable future. We will endeavour to schedule an AGM at the earliest point possible once the government restrictions have been relaxed sufficiently for us to do so. The current committee members will remain in their roles until the AGM can be re-scheduled.
If there are any queries, or if anyone wants anything to be dicussed within the club, please send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Club Members are reminded that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday 9th of November at 8pm, at the Rugby Club in Lampeter.
There are a number of vacant positions within the committee which will need to be filled at the AGM, which are Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. It is customary for the Current Vice Chairman to step up to the Chairman's position when this situation arises. The position of Autotest Championship secretary will also become vacant.
As per the club constitution anybody wishing to be considered for a position within the club, i.e. elected positions, must inform a member of the committee of their wishes if they are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting.
The above should apply to current officers who wish to remain in their current positions on the committee also.
As in previous years, no matters will be discussed in Any Other Business (AOB), and as such any member wishing to propose changes to the club rules or constitution must forward their proposal to the club secretary in good time, so that they may be added to the agenda for the meeting.
The AGM is the opportunity for the club members, old and new, to step up and help in the smooth and succesful running of one of the most respected clubs in the principality, and maintain the high standards of organisation and competition that has been the hallmark of Lampeter and District Motor Club throughout its existance, and so every member should make an effort to attend if possible.
