ARWYR Y ‘SBWRIEL

Yn dilyn ymlaen o dderbyn Achrediad mewn Cynaliadwyedd eleni, aeth Clwb Moduro 

Llanbedr PS a’r Cylch, mewn cydweithrediad â chwmni Ailgylchu LAS, ati yn 

ddiweddar i ymrafael â swbriel ar ochr y ffordd.

Yn syth ar ôl Rali Bro Caron bob blwyddyn mae’r aelodau yn teithio ar hyd ffordd y 

Rali i checio bod popeth yn iawn ac i godi unrhyw sbwriel gweladwy ar ochr yr hewl.

Yn ychwanegol i hyn eleni, fel arwydd o ddiolch i’r pentrefi ar hyd llwybr y Rali, yn 

ystod y mis diwethaf, penderfynnodd yr aelodau i ail-ymweld â’r holl bentrefi, gan 

gynnal sesiynnau casglu sbwriel. 

Ymwelwyd â phentrefi Cwmann, Parcyrhos, Pentrefelin, Ffarmers, Pumsaint, 

Llansawel, Abergorlech, Salem, Brechfa, Llanfynnydd, Capel Isaac a thref Llanbed ei 

hun.

Aethpwyd â’r holl sachau o sbwriel a gasglwyd i ganolfan LAS yn Llanbed, lle bydd y 

cyfan yn cael ei ailgylchu’n briodol.

Diolch i Tina LAS ac i holl aelodau’r clwb a roddodd o’u hamser i helpu yn y 

gymuned. 

Gobeithiwn, fel clwb, y bydd hyn yn cael ei weld fel gweithred gadarnhaol gan y 

cymunedau, gan ein bod bob amser yn gwerthfawrogi’n fawr pob cydweithrediad ar 

gyfer ein digwyddiadau.

LITTER HEROES

Following on from receiving Accreditation in Sustainability this year, Lampeter and 

District Motor Club, in collaboration with LAS Recycling, recently set out to tackle 

rubbish on the side of the road.

Immediately after the Bro Caron Rally every year the members travel along the Rally 

route to check that everything is as it should be and to pick up any visible rubbish on 

the side of the road.

In addition to this this year, as a sign of gratitude to the villages along the Rally route, 

during the last month, the members decided to revisit all the villages, holding rubbish 

collection sessions. 

The villages of Cwmann, Parcyrhos, Pentrefelin, Ffarmers, Pumsaint, Llansawel, 

Abergorlech, Salem, Brechfa, Llanfynnydd, Capel Isaac and the town of Lampeter 

itself were visited.

All the sacks of rubbish collected were taken to the LAS center in Lampeter, where it 

will all be recycled appropriately.

Thanks to Tina LAS and to all the club members who gave of their time to help in the 

community. 

We hope, as a club, that this will be seen as a positive action by the communities, as we always greatly appreciate all cooperation for our events.
